Delivery & Returns

    Your order will be with you in 3 to 5 working days (Please note: Shipping may take longer during peak and promotional periods)

    We aim to process in-store collections within 1-2 working days.


UK Shipping
Standard UK delivery is £3.95. You can collect your purchase from our Chichester store for FREE, having first ordered and paid online. Please click this option when you come to check out.

We aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 5 working days and work with Royal Mail to send your delivery.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you on receiving your order to offer you a full refund.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Should there be a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact for help in resolving the problem.

Click & Collect
Save time and pick up your purchases from our Chichester store at a time convenient to you by choosing the 'Pick up' option when you check out. We will have your purchases in the store ready for you, chose this option when you checking out on the website.

Please note that collect from store orders must be collected within 30 days. We are unable to issue refunds to orders collected after this time.


We are happy to return full-price and sale items from our online store (some exclusions apply*) within 14 days of purchase. For purchases made in-store, please refer to your printed receipt.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund to the original method of payment, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. As a small independent business, we are sadly unable to cover the postage cost of returned goods.

Once received, we aim to process returns within 1-2 working days. Please ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.

The responsibility for any returned items lies with the customer until it is received by ZIGZAG Footwear so we highly recommend a tracked delivery method.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Please note refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1/2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being purchased by you. Please get in touch with us at if you wish to exchange an item to check stock availability and allow 1-2 working days for this to be processed.

Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and the return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted within 1-2 working days.
