MARGATE STORE SUPERVISOR // 18-20 HOURS // 3 DAYS

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work alongside our existing team in Margate.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, friendly and confident; someone who can interact comfortably with customers and co-workers alike. You will have an eye for detail; maintaining the highest standards with regard to the running and appearance of the store. A proven track record in fashion, retail or sales at a senior level is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial focus and ability to drive sales and maximise profitability
  • Identifying key opportunities for improvement to product ranges and providing feedback to buyers
  • Supporting the managers & owner in operational administration
  • Maintaining strong visual merchandising across the store
  • Ensuring cleanliness, health and safety and presentation standards are met at all times
  • Support customer requests and enquiries
  • Online and POS management
  • Assisting in online order fulfilment and returns/exchanges
  • Online content creation

Experience

  • Previous fashion retail or sales experience

  • E-commerce and /or POS/ stock management system literate, such as Shopify, Vend, Squarespace, Depop, Wix, Cargo
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Interest in photography, design, copywriting

Job Types:  Part-time

Salary: £9,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
